Three things we keep walking into.
We see the same three in small offices from Torquay to Bannockburn.
The IT person is whoever is free
Your office manager resets passwords between phone calls. Nobody wrote down who has admin access, so when they leave, nobody can get in.
Updates wait for a crash
Windows has wanted a restart for three weeks. One laptop is badly out of date, and nobody knows which one.
Every fix starts from scratch
You ring a different tech each time, explain the whole setup again, then get a bill you didn't expect.
The hour nobody bills for.
Every reset and stuck update comes out of someone's working day. In a small team, that's usually the owner's.
A monthly plan, written down.
Covered computers, Microsoft 365 admin and support hours, all in one schedule you sign.
Accounts someone actually owns
New starters, leavers, password and MFA resets handled by us, with each change approved by someone you nominate.
Patched while you work
We monitor every covered computer and install updates when it's on, with a warning before any restart.
Costs agreed before the work
We already know your setup because we look after it every month. Anything chargeable gets your OK on scope and cost first.
Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Urgent issues get a first response within four business hours, anything else within one business day. If it isn't working for you, leaving takes 30 days' notice.

The questions we get.
It's a monthly fee based on how many computers we look after and whether we manage your Microsoft 365. We look at your setup first, and the number is in writing before you sign.
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, outside Victorian public holidays. After-hours help is by prior arrangement only.
Urgent issues get a first response within four business hours, everything else within one business day. That's when someone starts on it. How long the fix takes depends on the problem.
Yes, when a job needs hands on the hardware. Most fixes happen remotely, which is quicker for everyone.
Not by default. If you need backups, we scope them separately rather than assume your cloud storage counts as one.
Yes. Either side can end care with 30 days' written notice, and we hand back access and records.
Worth a look first.
Three places to go before you get in touch.

keeps breaking.
We'll look at your computers and Microsoft 365 setup, and tell you what we'd take off your plate first.
We reply within one business day.
