Get found before they call someone else.
Most people pick from the first few results and never scroll. If you're not there, the job was decided before you knew it existed.

Three places people check.
Before anyone rings, they look you up. Whether the phone rings depends on what they find.
Your Google listing
Old hours, the wrong categories, an address you moved out of two years ago. Google shows people whatever it last found.
Your website
Built once, years ago. Slow on a phone, which is where nearly everyone is looking, and vague about what you actually do.
Your reviews
They arrive when you remember to ask. You remember about a third of the time, usually the jobs that went badly.
You never hear about
the jobs you didn't get.
Nobody rings to say they couldn't find you. From where you stand, it looks like a quiet week.
We make all three hold up.
We start with whichever one is costing you the most, and fix that first.
Your Google listing
We fix the categories, service area and hours, then keep them right as things change.
Your website
Pages for the jobs people search for, quick to load on the phone in their hand.
Your reviews
The ask goes out when the job's done, so reviews keep arriving without you thinking about it.
None of this is more traffic. It's the people already looking for this job finding you instead of the next result down.
“He took the time to explain what he was doing, which helped me understand his work. My website is live now.”

The questions we get.
Usually the listing. Wrong categories, a service area Google doesn't trust, or a duplicate profile splitting your reviews. Sometimes the website is invisible for the searches that matter. We check both before touching anything.
Listing changes can show up within days. Ranking for the job you do takes months, not weeks. Anyone promising faster is guessing.
Often not. If yours is quick and says the right things, we fix what's missing. If it's working against you, we'll tell you that instead of quietly rebuilding it.
Not as a first move. Ads rent attention for as long as you pay. We'd rather fix the listing and the site first, so you're not buying traffic you should be getting anyway.
Depends what's broken. Fixing a listing is a different job to building a website, so we look first and scope it after. You'll know the number before any work starts.
Yes. How many, how recent and whether you reply all feed into where you sit on the map. It's one of the few inputs you can actually influence, which is why we build the ask into the job.
Then keep them if it's working. Ask them what changed in the last three months and what it brought in. If the answer is vague, that tells you something.
Mostly. We're across Geelong, the Surf Coast and Golden Plains, and local search is the bulk of what we do. Being close enough to come and look at the setup is part of it.
The next job
should find you.
We'll look you up the way your customers do, and tell you what we find.
