Bannockburn IT support without the trip to Geelong.
The office computer is playing up again. You could drive it into Geelong, or ring someone down the road.

Three things we see out here.
Plenty of Golden Plains businesses run from a home or farm office.
The family computer is the business
Invoices, payroll and the kids' homework on one computer with one shared login.
Help is a drive away
When something breaks, the computer goes to Geelong and you're without it for days.
The internet drops and work stops
The connection drops and nobody can open a file.
Out here,
the IT person is family.
In plenty of small businesses the IT person is a partner or a teenager. That works until they're away.
Local IT, written down.
Computers, Microsoft 365 and support hours in one schedule, from a Bannockburn team.
Business kept separate
A computer and accounts just for the business, patched and watched.
Fixed where it sits
Most fixes are remote. When hands are needed, we're local.
Work that survives an outage
Files that sync for offline work. We can't fix the line, but we'll chase your provider.
Weekdays 9 to 5, urgent jobs within four business hours, and every admin login stays with you.

The questions we get.
The same as in town: usually a monthly fee per user or device, with licences billed separately. Ask how site visits are handled, since most work is done remotely.
Yes, where you can. Separate accounts, and ideally separate machines, stop a shared password or a stray download putting the business email and records at risk.
Your provider owns the line. What you control is a backup connection, like a mobile modem or hotspot, and files kept in the cloud with offline copies, so an outage doesn't stop all work.
Most of it. Updates, account changes, email problems and many software faults can be fixed over a secure remote session. Hardware failures, new equipment and network gear usually need someone on site.
Weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm, outside Victorian public holidays. After hours by arrangement.
No. Bannockburn is home, and we work across Geelong, the Surf Coast and Golden Plains, coming out to rural properties when a job needs it.
Worth a look first.
Three places to go before you get in touch.
Keep the computer
off the passenger seat.
Tell us what you run the business on. We’ll tell you what we’d look after and what can stay as it is.
We reply within one business day.
