What goes wrong in a small office over summer.
Most offices here have a few computers, a busy season and nobody whose job is IT.
One login for the whole summer crew
Seasonal staff share one login to the booking system and email. Nobody can tell who changed what.
One computer holds everything
Bookings, invoices and photos live on the front-desk computer. If it dies, so does the week.
Updates put off until winter
Nobody restarts the office computers in peak season, so updates pile up for months.
Downtime costs most in peak season.
A dead laptop in July is an annoyance. In January it's lost bookings.
One plan that covers the whole office.
Covered computers, Microsoft 365 admin and support hours in one schedule you sign.
A login for each person
Accounts ready before each start date, and switched off on the last day.
Copies kept somewhere else
We back up off the premises and test that the copies restore.
Patched without the downtime
We monitor and patch every covered computer, with a warning before any restart.

The questions we get.
Usually a monthly fee per user or device, with licences such as Microsoft 365 billed separately. If your headcount changes through the year, ask how seasonal staff are counted.
No. Give each person their own login and turn it off when they finish. A shared login hides who did what, and you can’t remove one person without changing it for everyone.
Only if it's backed up somewhere else. Cloud sync isn't a backup, because a deleted or encrypted file syncs too. Keep at least one copy off site, and check it restores.
Yes. A guest network stops visitors' devices reaching your computers and printers. Most business routers can run one.
Weekdays 9 to 5, outside Victorian public holidays. Urgent issues within four business hours, everything else within one business day.
No. We look after businesses across Geelong, the Surf Coast and Golden Plains, and come out when a job needs hands on the hardware.
Worth a look first.

Tell us what
slows the team down.
We'll look at your computers and Microsoft 365, and tell you what we'd fix before summer.
We reply within one business day.
